MaxFest
MaxFest is our annual multi-day user conference. It is a great opportunity to learn about how to get the most out of the software. In contrast to our one-day regional trainings, MaxFest features more specialized sessions, led by your favorite Maxient team members and your colleagues in the field. Sessions address a wider range of topics and user experience levels. This multi-day event also includes previews of upcoming features, opportunities to provide feedback on future development projects, and social activities to network with your colleagues.
MaxFest 2027 will be in Columbus, OH June 14-17!
Registration will open in late 2026.
Want to share all of the great things you are doing in Maxient? Submit a program proposal!
The sessions at MaxFest are led by a combination of Maxient clients and staff. Our client presenters earn a free conference registration when their proposals are accepted. Consider submitting a proposal for MaxFest 2027 when we open for submissions this winter!
Regional Trainings

Then join us for our Regional Training event! These workshops move around the country and are most beneficial for new users or those who can use a refresher on the basics of the system.
