  • Making the case for additional hires

September 10, 2012 Aaron Hark News

As higher ed business decisions become increasingly data driven, schools need analytic capabilities they can rely upon.  In this article from The Daily Gamecock, staff from the University of South Carolina‘s Division of Student Affairs talk quantitatively about the increase in incidents on their campus.  Proof of that increase helped their Office of Student Conduct make a successful case for an additional $100,000 from the Board of Trustees to hire two new staff members.

“With incidents rising, University bolsters Student Conduct staff”  The Daily Gamecock, September 9, 2012

Numbers like this don’t come from thin air.  The University, a Maxient client since 2004, relies on the unparalleled analytics available in Conduct Manager to speak intelligently about trends on their campus and staffing needs.  Do you have access to the statistics your institution needs to support its mission?  If not, click here to contact us and learn more about how Maxient can help.
