Making the leap from your current records
system to Maxient is designed to be pain-free.
1) Data Migration. We have experience converting data
from nearly ever other conduct product and database system on
the market. Your old records will be converted accurately, quickly,
and at a reasonable cost. If your current system is paper-based,
we encourage you to scan those old documents into Maxient at
no additional charge.
2) System Configuration. Maxient's "Startup Packet" helps
you customize your system in a very logical manner without the
need for tech-speak. We do all the heavylifting; you simply
answer questions about your conduct process. This ensures an implementation that's on budget and on time.
3) Training. Web demos are great for sales, but we believe
training requires a personal touch. Every school receives a
customized training conducted on-campus by a Maxient staff member.
